DevCore has built a complete Back-Office system for a telephony provider including everything from order processing to subscriber management and integration with vendors and providers delivering connectivity, invoicing and credit checks. The system is built using a client application (WPF), web service (SOAP, WCF) and a number of Microsoft PowerShell scripts. MVVM (Model-View-View-Model) pattern is used in the client application and Entity Framework serialisering/deserialisering is used with change tracking in the web service. Other functions include PDF file generation, dynamic permissions, tab navigation, web crawling integrating with external web pages. A complete subscriber lookup service is also included in the system.

Devcore has been part of developing a customised Telemarketing CRM and back-office system. The objective of the project was to build customised telemarketing campaigns ranging from sales goals, answer cards and power dialling functionality integrated with an Avaya hybrid PSTN switchboard.
